Amanda brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership and people development and has coached professionals and C-Suite executives. She has designed and facilitated individual, top team and group development programs in industries including banking, finance, IT, biotechnology, telecommunications, health, defence, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, construction, insurance, retail, legal, education, corporate services, FMCG, transport, utilities, NFP’s, and Federal and State Governments.
Amanda’s commercial knowledge and experience has been gained through executive positions in organisations including Myer Corporation, Macquarie Bank and Morgan and Banks. She is also a Company Director.
Amanda expertly combines her commercial acumen with a foundation in psychological, evidence-based coaching to guide clients in envisioning aspirations, designing goals and strategies, building accountability, and implementing actions to achieve both individual and organisational objectives. Her approach is based on the belief that each person has the potential to expand their choices and drive meaningful change when supported by the right guidance.
Amanda’s interest include music, art, sea kayaking, yoga and walking.
